Maka Albarn wasn’t even that noticeable. Perhaps that’s why he came after her. Although, to be quite frank, he didn’t even threaten her. He lured her in like a trap. Perhaps this was why his jobs took forever. There would be monthly spans before the news shouted, “The Soul Eater Strikes Again!” or “New Victim has been eaten by Soul” or some other stupid thing like that. But Maka never believed that he was a terrible, no good, serial killer. She believed he went after the bad guys, as cute as that sounds. Soul “Eater” Evans the infamous killer who strikes at those when they least expect it. Except there’s a twist. He doesn’t just hunt for the hell of it. No, no. He hunts when he feels a darkness in someone. But that just wasn’t Maka. Soul didn’t have very much of a choice. The threats were always there. The guns were always pointed. Silence. Predict. Strike. As catchy as it was, his partner in crime “Black*Star” never followed the rules. Always yelling about God and shit. When a client wants Maka's soul to be ripped out of her body, can Soul do it?

This is a story of six friends enrolled in the DWMA (death, weapon, meister, academy) who go on adventures and missions together to prevent disasters cause by witches, kishin, and other evil magical creatures. Follow them on their journey as they go from newly accepted students, to fully fledged weapons and meisters.

Several years after Akemi and Kid went off to Norway for their honeymoon, Lord Death unexpectedly passed. He left behind his legacy AND the DWMA to his son, Death The Kid. Akemi and Kid returned from their vacation to find out she would bear their first child, both her and Kid excited to meet their daughter. Her full name (title included) is Mistress Mizuki Death. Bullied daily at the Academy, she has only one friend... the adopted son of Maka and Soul, Apsel Hildbrand. She's ashamed of herself for what she was born as, but hides those feelings from her parents for fear of upsetting them. She goes on through her school life, miserable but making it. Her father, Death The Kid, learns of the rise of a new Kishin while out for field work one afternoon with Liz and Patty. His name is Mazoku, created in secrecy by a band of Kishin worshippers. After the fall of his older brother Asura, Kid is determined to keep this event from his daughter. Mizuki has a worse than usual day at the Academy, and tells her parents she's off to practice her weapon abilities. Deep in the woods outside of Death City, she runs into a strange character who promises to take the bad feelings away. What will she do? read on to find out!

Blake and his twin sisters go to the DWMA a school for weapons and miesters. His sisters are weapons and he is a miester. One of the best students in the school they have a dark family secret. Claire and Dare are the twins names.

Eve,is a young promising witch of the Genesis coven. And just as their name inquires they began it all. These witches were the source of the madness which continues to spread across the land. Yet tired of causing harm Eve seeks the help of Lord Death himself. But instead of being imprisoned for being a witch,she is given the okay to become a DWMA student. But what kind of life can a witch live there? With Meisters and Weapons wanting to tear her soul she is put in the crossfire of a fight she wasn't truly ready for. What story will unfold for this runaway witch?

Although the child's first name was never given by Lady Akemi and Lord Kid, his middle name is known to them only: Katsuro. Unknown to anyone else as for reasons why, Lord Kid and Lady Akemi send their son off to live in a remote village in Italy, near Florence. He grows up, totally oblivious to whom he really is. This is set in a made-up village, to which I have called Ragona. It is a couple hundred miles from Florence, leaving plenty of space in between the two areas for fields, meadows, and such. Katsuro is adopted into the Del Monaco family, since he was practically a newborn, his newfound parents named him Vincenzo (Enzo, for short). Enzo grows up like any normal child in the village, helping out his parents and younger siblings when he can. He has two twin younger sisters, Rosalinda and Astrid. Vincenzo's adopted father is a blacksmith, while his mother is an innkeeper. He is completely oblivious of the fact he has the soul of a witch/meister, and has a small amount of black blood inside him. There is a small DWMA division in Florence, which he gets offered to attend. This is the story about the impossible boy, Vincenzo Katsuro Del Monaco.

What if Lord Death had a daughter? And what if that daughter wanted revenge? Well, honestly I'm not really putting a lot into the description, because if you were really interest you'd read the book. So do me a favor, and read. :)
