Its a normal day for the bad sanses, killer, dust and horror. As killer annoys dust, dust suddenly gets a phone call from someone and killer sees dust smile for the first time, starting to feel something inside.

Killer is a test subject for a lab run by nightmare and a few others (Mr. Insanity, Mr. Bill, and an evil clone of his brother dream who he called Shattered). They have been conflicting pain on him with tests that seem to never end.
