Naruto is 4 years old when he is running from a mob of villager's and Shinobi who intend to hurt him he ends up getting hurt but when one of the Shinobi was about to end him something happens to and naruto that changes the course of history due to a lost kekkei genkai.

One day a four-year-old Naruto was meditating and the next thing he knows, he is in front of the nine-tailed fox and finds out that he is part kitsune and who his parents were, plus could the Kyuubi be his half mum? The story begins with Naruto and Sasuke fight. Sasuke tells Naruto something that shatters his heart and soul. Despite this, he pretends nothing happened and soon brings Sasuke back to the village. Nobody cares what he did and some are even mad at Naruto for hurting there 'precious uchiha' Naruto the continues his mask of happiness and joy, but deep down inside.. he's becoming sad and cold hearted. Hiruzen understanding her reasoning agrees and puts Naruto under the care of the Uchiha to help calm them knowing they held such a being in their care (So no Uchiha massacre). It has been three years since Sasuke joined orochimaru. And in that time it was not what he expected. Orochimaru was disgusting, it was true, he only wanted his body.
