This is a fiction book, it's based around japanese culture and stuff so yah... A girl named Mei Hayato comes from a poor family, while going hunting for food one day she discovers a strange shack, when she enters she meets a young woman with fox ears and a tail, a kitsune. The kitsune grabs her and jumps into a hole in the shack floor, bringing her to a strange world.
