Kazuma Kiryu is now out on a year's probation and forced to live with an old friend of his father figure. till one day he is visited by a man with a long nose claiming that he has to rise from his fate. Continuing from (& Inspired by) Substory #34 - Man Scout in Yakuza Kiwami, the banana bar closed down, leading to both Majima's and the staff's disappointment. Suddenly, it managed to open again! This led to Kiryu being scouted once again and finally, working at the banana bar. SLIGHT spoilers but doesn't really matter. And the main pair here is Majima & Kiryu.
