It's only until one day he tells him a dark secret he'd been keeping; while getting a mental check he was awared he had DID. At the time it was known as multiple personality disorder. Not only did he have simple, adult or teenage alters, but also small children, linked with his traumatic childhood. He explained how Dave wasn't only a boyfriend of his, but he would care for his child alters. Diego was shocked but then realized... Dave was gone.. he had to take care of him.
