Elena was once day captured by the original witch and made into a vampire. Not by drinking another vampire's blood; but by a spell. Something in the spell triggers something with her doppelgänger blood. Making her the second Original hybrid. After the sacrifice Elena had felt different she knew she was no longer the same girl as before, she started feeling things she knew she shouldn't have. She felt as if she no longer had control over her own mind. Although her emotions and thoughts were changing she had tried everything in her power to fight it, to hold on to the side of her she once knew but some things are far stronger than any of us could imagine, something we just can't fight.

Just another orphan on the streets of New York who works at the Broadhurst Theatre as a member of the cleaning staff.
