What is hope? Hope is defined as the feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen. Hikari Yumi, the Teiko basketball club assistant coach and manager had hope. Yumi had hope that the Gom members would continue to love basketball. Yumi had hope that the Gom members would treat the teams they played with respect and be good sports. Yumi had hope that the Gom members would continue to be kind, respectful, caring and not look down on others. Yumi had hope that the Generations of Miracles members would return to the versions Yumi knew and adored. Most of all Yumi had hope the members of Gom would always be kind to her and never hurt her or treat her badly. Hikari Yumi no longer has hope, not after what occurred during the third year at Teiko. Hikari Yumi has hope again, in Seirin, after meeting the Seirin team, Kagami and the version of Kuroko she used to know. Now that Hikari Yumi has hope again, there is nothing that can stop them from completing her goals and her team's goals. God help anyone that stands in her way.

This student is described as an unmotivated, underachiever who has orange hair and eyes with creepy narrow pupils like some type of reptile, named Rindou Kaeri. For a prestigious basketball team, she didn't fit in immediately as her unlikable personality was no help. She received a lot of guidance along the way from her seniors since the girl lacked physical skill and athletic experience. Her incapability was troublesome for the staff as she had a lot of training ahead of her. However, there are several things that physical strength cannot achieve, and Rindou has it figured out. Beneath her fragile build is the sole reason why people should be careful around the quiet ones.

All of us were so close But......... What happened? Suzuki Yui is the Strategist of the Generation of Miracles. But because of their pride she wasn't needed anymore.
