Eris grew up with every privilege on paper, but little that truly mattered. He's been haunted by that night in more ways than one, bound to a story he can't correct and an ache he can't name. And everything that should have been hinges on the truth finally coming to light. Azriel's love for Morrigan has been a purposeful disguise. He's spent centuries pretending to love her, knowing something about her never quite fit. Staying close was the only way to catch the moments she'd slip. He doesn't know what she wants or what she's hiding, only that the truth is far more dangerous than the web of lies she's spun. And he intends to uncover it before it's too late. Some truths shatter relationships, and others forge them.

A novella in 20 chapters. When Henry's wife and child are killed in a car crash, he finds refuge in whiskey and writing. Once reaching rock-bottom, he wakes up in a strange realm inhabited by a powerful entity-a human from the distant future. "Raquel" reveals she long-ago abandoned her physical body to become a purely digital entity along with a handful of other survivors of global nuclear war. The location of the massive super computer preserving these digitized beings, The Nautilus, has been lost to time and is steadily destroying the remnants of humanity as it decays. Henry learns he is nothing more than a bit of code in an ancestry simulation Raquel has designed. Reluctantly, he agrees to return to the simulated Earth to fix "bugs" in various timelines. Once the simulation's accuracy is perfected, the true location of the Nautilus will be revealed, allowing it to be repaired. In exchange for Henry's service, Raquel agrees to resurrect his dead wife and child.

The city is ridden with viruses, drugs, vermin, and perverts. No one is educated, no one knows how to have peace, and no one can escape. Or so they say. I have no name, but that does not make me nothing. I have hope, I have strength, and I believe there is something beyond the fence worth fighting for. Worth dying for. But most importantly my knowledge of right and wrong was gone... Was there any way to save me? Would it even be worth it? The blood on my hands is a small thing compared to all the evil I have done. The events of the chickie run now a memory, Jim and Buzz find themselves in their final year of highschool, everyone excited to evacuate high school, and live their own lives; but something's not right. Since the end of their junior year, Plato had gone missing without warning. Jim now sits idle, waiting for his friend to return, and ropes Buzz into a hunt for him, not only the whereabouts of Plato being unknown, but the possible destination of Buzz and Jim's still budding, complicated relationship.
