What was meant to be a simple rescue mission turns out to be a week-long trek across an island as Sonic and friends race to fix their powers. Knuckles and Rouge address the elephant in the room. Sonic may like one of his friends more than he thinks he does. Eggman's just generally annoyed. Or, I'm writing Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic now, I guess. (Crossposted on ff.net and Ao3.)

Sofia is Sonic's little sister... who's parent's over protect her. But one day, her Parent's failed to lock the door when they went shopping, and Sofia, who was as old as Sonic when he went on HIS first adventure at the time, and was slightly younger than ray the flying squirrel, left the house to go on her own adventure with ray the flying squirrel and his brother from another mother Mighty the Amidello.

After Shadow's death everything went back to normal.Sonic and Eggman's truce ended and he went back to plotting against him.Things are going smoothly...for now.The master emerald is once again shattered and Rouge the bat is on the hunt.But instead of finding the pieces...she finds the suppose to be dead hedgehog.Shadow the hedgehog is back and is receiving weird visions of a very familiar girl.When Rouge alarms the others,things start to go down hill.Dr. Eggman messes with dark unknown energy and causes a corruption with the other emeralds such as the chaos emeralds.Not only that but Shadow senses something is off,and his visions are getting worse.Telling him what's going to happen,as if that girl is right there,showing him the future.While Sonic and his friends try to stop Dr.Eggman,they soon find out whatever he did may be too impossible to stop...But what they don't know is that Shadow has someone telling him most all of the answers. During a battle with one of Eggman's robots, Rouge gets badly hurt. Knuckles realizes just how much she means to him as he goes to extreme lengths to help her recover.

After an accident when Amy was younger has left her silent for years. It helps her keep a secret from everyone that she would not be able to keep if she had her voice. She has friends that understand her muteness but she can't deny the pull she feels for one of them. He ignores her though. They don't hang out at all but he's part of the gang. When things get hard for her will he finally make the move Amy's been waiting for? Will he be able to help her? Or, will her secret destroy them all.
