Jezebel Crevan is the red headed daughter of the Undertaker. Her mother died when she was born leaving Undertaker with a beautiful daughter, or at least that's what he's told her. She helps around the funeral parlour as a master mortician having been trained by an expert. Her life is simple but happy and filled with laughter that never ends. When the young Earl of Phantomhive comes to get information regarding the Jack the Ripper murders Jezebel sees a woman who looks like what her father has described her mother to be like. With the help of her close friends Grell and Ronald she begins to search for the woman who looks like her mother but finds that the stories of demons that Grell had told her are not only real but present in London.

Grell Sutcliff, the top Shinigami Officer at Dispatch Society, gets himself a little pet kitten, but William T Spears, his Superior, isn't so welcoming of the furry little creature.
