After their latest adventure, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles move to Metropolis when Tom takes a new job with the local police. But adjusting to city life isn't easy-especially when Sonic still struggles with teamwork. Their arrival leads them to a group of young heroes, forging new friendships and alliances.

Two of the hedgehog brothers named Sonic and Y/n the blue and Navy alien hedgehogs, who can move at supersonic speeds and super strengths, teams up with a small-town sheriff Tom Wachowski to stop the government scientist Dr. Robotnik, who will stop at nothing to catch him for the world domination and being allied with Tails the fox and Knuckles the Echidna and sometimes being allied with Shadow the Hedgehog if he lets go of the pain and helps the hedgehog brothers to stop Gerald Robotnik

He takes it to the lab of his best friend, Miles "Tails" Prower, and they find out that the mysterious corpse in the greenish glowing capsule was Shadow the Hedgehog. What will happen? Will they bond or will he turn on their back, leaving them behind?

To the rest of the world, Green Hill is just a blur of checkered soil and loop-de-loops; a starting line forgotten the moment the next crisis hits. But for Sonic and his friends, it remains the one place where time stands still. Returning together after a brutal campaign, they often use the familiar, sun-drenched hills to outrun the lingering phantoms of their latest battles.
