Mitsuri Kanroji thought college life in Tokyo would be everything she dreamed of - independence, adventure, maybe a little romance. Instead, she's drowning in essays, bills, and the crushing weight of adulthood. Her saving grace? A pastel-scented miracle called the Cinnamoroll Café in Shinjuku, where the uniforms are cute, the cinnamon rolls are fluffier than clouds, and the coworkers are... questionably sane.
Between Rengoku's "passionate" kitchen experiments, Shinobu's elegant intimidation, Aoi's teenage exhaustion, and her ever-patient manager Tanjiro (a literal angel disguised as a high schooler), Mitsuri might just find the family she didn't know she needed.
But things get even more complicated when a mysterious customer - quiet, stoic, and perpetually wearing a black turtleneck - starts showing up every afternoon for "just coffee."
In a city that never slows down, amidst the laughter, latte art, and occasional small kitchen fires, Mitsuri begins to discover that love - in all its forms - is a little messy, a little sweet, and always worth the wait.
