There were also humans, referred as "Demon Slayers" who served under a human master and the demon corps. They were both at constant war. Killing each other. One feasting on humans to survive, the other protecting innocent lives. But as of today there are things called "quirks" and 80% percent of the population has one. Technology has also advanced. So you'd assume that means the demon slayers had won the war and slayed the demon king, correct? You're half right. The demon king is indeed dead. Demons however? They're still here. Of course there are much less now than there were before. That doesn't make them any less dangerous, however most are kept out and away from human civilization, along with demon slayers. Over hundreds and thousands of years the war between demons and humans have continued and the human slayers have managed to keep the demons away from society. However by doing so they have also been kept out of societies reach. So what happens when you have a demon slayer, stowed away protecting society and its cities, meet the people of said cities?
