California 2019- shortly after the helium war and the disappearance of Australia. Better Living Industries started to invade Battery City, a city free of emotions and eutopia and the remaining remnance of America. Toxic Paranoia is not an ordinary killjoy. Timid, escaped from Battery City and violence is with her hands she meets up with the fabolous killjoys-Party Poison, Jet Star, Fun Ghoul and Kobra Kid. She never trust any of the killjoys except for one certain killjoy. Will she let him to her life even if it means of risking her past? *I do not own any of the characters except for Toxic Paranoia, Vanya Velvet, Crazy Kid and Catastrophe. "Where the hell were you?" Val began to say as he approached me. He wiped his mask off and looked at me. "I missed you, Venom" he said as I felt his arms wrap around my body. I looked up to him. I was weak. I struggled to speak only to have two hands grab my shoulders and yank me away from Val's grasp. It was Fun Ghoul. "You know this punk?" he asked aggresivley, anger in his eyes, never taking them off of Val. "Do you!" I asked in a whirl of confusion. Val Velocity only stood back and scoffed. "So i guess we meet again Fun Ghoul" My heart sank. "Come on, Venom, You're coming with me" continued Val. "She's not going anywhere" growled Fun Ghoul. This was my English Short Story assignment, which had to be in the theme of speculative fiction, so I thought that killjoys would be the only fitting thing! I've incorporated the general idea of killjoys, plus a possibility if they were caught. Here is the general storyline: A killjoy girl and her partner, Kobra Poison (yes, I mixed the names), are fighting of "soldiers" called Ghosters and the girl is captured. She is then taken to a lab where she is cared for by Dr Biersack, who's entire job is to punish rebels if they were caught. In this case, she would be a lab rat, taking in any serum or pill she was given. Her last intake would be of digitoxin, a fatal chemical that might lead to her death... Will she make it out alive?

Venom Strike was a victim to Better Living Industries. They took her brother, her family, and her freedom and life away. But Venom Strike is special, because no matter how much B/L try to brainwash and manipulate her, Venom's mind is more powerful and stronger. They can't break her or trick her. Venom is then rescued by the KillJoys, who raid the B/L Industries and save her along with a friend of her brothers, Blue Phoenix. Can Venom and the KillJoys bring down Better Living Industries and avenge her brother?? What will be their fate??

With no warning about her departure whatsoever, the Fabulous Killjoys and their friends are doing their best to track her down and bring her home to them. But what if she doesn't want to be found? When she finally does turn up, no one expects the change she's gone though. Party's convinced, however, that she can be saved. On top of that, Kobra is fully healed and ready to leap into the fray, and he'll do whatever it takes to bring her back from the ledge she's standing on. Conflicts arise as the brothers test just how far they're willing to go in order to bring the old Paranoia back. But can they? And when shit hits the fan, are they prepared to let her go?
