After Shinya Kogami kills Shogo Makishima, the Sibyl System makes a very different decision and the execution order on Kogami is rescinded. A year later, a criminal who is unable to be detected by the Sibyl system begins to wage war on the MWPSB. Is this another Makishima? How will Division 1 handle the problem? An AU for Psycho-pass Season 2 because it is hard to imagine Psycho-pass without Shinya Kogami.
