You'd think she was a normal citizen. Well, you'd be wrong. She's a latent criminal, her crime coefficient over 300, and wanted by the police. She hates the Sibyl System with a burning passion. Bella's a fighter, killer, and robber. Don't be fooled though. She isn't stupid. She's smart. As smart as the Investigators and Enforcers, so it's been hard for her to be caught. But things turn around when she finishes fighting. Enforcers and Inspectors show up, so she has to hurry and get away. But that doesn't happen. She runs right into Kogami and because of that, Bella is caught.
