Anno 1998. L'unica costante è Koi, la sua migliore amica: solare, paziente e sempre pronta a trascinarla fuori dal buio con un sorriso (e un sandwich al tonno). Quando il coach annuncia che la squadra di scherma femminile della scuola verrà sciolta per "scarsi risultati", Giselle vede il suo sogno crollare. Ma il destino ha un modo tutto suo di mescolare le carte. Alla biblioteca del quartiere, dove si rifugia per leggere e dimenticare il mondo, incontra Jun, un ragazzo biondo con troppa calma e troppa lingua. Lavora lì part-time, aiuta la zia bibliotecaria e sembra divertirsi a provocarla. Tra battibecchi, silenzi e sguardi che parlano più delle parole, nasce qualcosa che nessuno dei due vuole ammettere. deve scegliere tra cuore o anima.

The plot summary : Back story: The darkness is about to arouse from the endless sleep. Now, the world has portrayed itself. They are acknowledged to the situation and waiting for their so called rescue team to come .There they encountered some unknown handsome looking boys in the sleeves of danger. Moreover, the darkness symbolism is to be awaken once again with the rites of sacrifice. Will they be able to escape? Will they be perished from humanity? Is it love or infinite despair?
