All of the danganronpa game is virtual meaning all of them ex.chiaki is still alive Chiaki an AI by the way she was recreated by miu and soda after they found the survivors the main Pov of this fanfic will be kokichi but I will be switching Pov frequently to make it less boring and have less skipping scene I do that because I don't like sticking to one thing the whole time which is also the reason why I don't have a favorite character, food, colours, or even any best friends all of them are just friends no BFF :") post game in my au explanation will be in the first chapter, there would be a lot fluff in this so I hope you like that and there's also a little bit of angst. After Kaede asked her three friends if she could live with them, trouble arises... Rantaro is calm and has a relatively chill life, he doesn't have many family problems and the small ones he does have don't stress him out. Until one day he comes home to find tension between his two roommates. Being the good friend he is, he decided to do the most honest and risky thing of all.....get them to tell the truth. Shuichi, a detective in training, and student for college, finds himself in a tricky situation when school drama, family drama take a toll on him, only for him then to find out that he is in love with someone who he has known and cherished for years...stuck in a dilemma Shuichi has to make a strong decision....does he make the right one or will he be stuck regretting his decision for the rest of his school life...? Kokichi, a bright promising student, but when family drama starts again and he falls for the unexpected (it's totally expected) he struggles to maintain this reputation and lying manner. Finding life hard he turns to the only thing he knows he has to do...lie, but the one person who he feels he needs to lie to the most, is the only person who can see through every lie he tells. While debating what to do he sees something that could change everything...

One day, he meets an adorable little magician, Himiko Yumeno from a locker incident from the backstage of the theatre she was meant to perform at. He believes that he's never going to see her again until he realizes that they go to the same high school. Could this girl change Kokichi's independant nature and stop his work of crime? Could he possibly have the ability to put his guard down and fall in love with this magician? Could she be the one for him? Disclaimer: All of the characters in this fanfic belong to the creators of the game Danganronpa. All credit should go to them, I am just borrowing them to tell my own story of my own Danganronpa ship. Also, this story isn't meant to take on canon Danganronpa plots, for example, instead of using Kokichi's D.I.C.E members from the official game, I decided to use Danganronpa V3 main characters. Miu & Kokichi are gods one of mischief and death, the other of invention and lust, while both are extremely smart and mischievous. After pulling a major stunt in the world of the gods, they were punished forced to go into the mortal realm. Forced to live a normal life among humans and repent for their actions, through that process both Miu and Kokichi's lives take an unexpected turn.

What happens when a low rank and high rank get put in the same dorm? What will happen? "Nee-heehee! I'm a low rank, what did you expect?" Kokichi giggles, putting his boxes down and facing the taller boy. "A.. low rank?" Shuichi questioned; He was put in a dorm with a low rank? Were people going to take this the wrong way? Was he becoming a low rank aswell?? No! He was the 2nd highest rank in the country! That couldn't be it... It must've been a mistake.

IF YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE GAME IN ITS ENTIRETY, AVOID READING THIS UNTIL YOU FINISH IT. ⚠️ Also, to clarify, this story takes place in a Danganronpa AU in which the killing game was a simulation. None of the events taking place in this fanfiction are, nor ever will be canon. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After Kokichi dies, he wakes up to be greeted by all of his dead peers. At least, he thought they were dead. Once Kokichi finds out the truth about Danganronpa, he can't help but be confused. Coming to terms with the fact that he doesn't have to lie to survive anymore, he tries to change himself for the better, but the guilt from his previous actions often get in the way. As Kokichi adapts to his new life, he forms relationships with those around him, and remembers things Danganronpa made him forget. Although he tries to keep his focus on what's important, his mind is hooked on one person in particular: Shuichi Saihara, the one who he developed feelings for. Eventually, Shuichi will wake up, and Kokichi will have to face him, whether he wants to or not. Shuichi wasn't too fond of Kokichi in the killing game, but, once he learns the truth behind Kokichi's lies, maybe things will be different between the two. ⚠️Warning!⚠️ This fanfiction includes brief mentions of self harm! If you are sensitive to this type of stuff or don't like angsty chapters (although there isn't much angst, I will admit), it would be best if you didn't read this fanfiction.
