Monokuma noticed how kokichi has hidden information of some of the student.He decided to use his own information as a motive to weaken his position. It's fair isn't it? He collected kokichi's diary.It was a really big book for someone like kokichi. He didn't know it was his personal diary not his plan one. Making this a motive,This wouldn't go wrong if he got the right one. But it's going to go wrong cause of the wrong book. maybe this isn't a good motive for not only kokichi but for everyone's point of view of kokichi.
