It was first assumed that Rachel Jull ran away, but was shot down almost immediately by all the suspects claiming that Rachel would had said something. We currently have no more details, but these suspects seem to be doing anything to find their friend.

And both together have more strength. The others realise that their friends are being picked off one by one, through many 'fun games', planned by Mickey of course. They know who's behind everything. But they just can't seem to talk about it.
