She wanted to have a year of rest, where she can pursue hobbies, get close with her sorta but not really little cousin, go out with friends and strengthen her relationship with nature But luck is not on her side because of what she believes is faulty ingredients(it's not it's just mystic falls and it's shitty leylines)she gets kidnapped the second she decides to have fun and be respectful. She realizes that the girl she previously babysat is in a world of trouble, the other girl is sorta dead but she is walking and her not cousin doing stuff she is not supposed to. All of her hard work into raising these girls went to shit the minute she went away. But now she is here to fix it. And if she finds something's about herself in the process, then the point to the gap year is complete. She will teach these people common sense, even if it kills her.
