Tatsuko was never one for loud people or noises, and yet Bokuto was one of the few constants in her life. When she first moved into her current house when she was seven, it was then that she met her now best friend. Where she was quiet, he was loud; where she was careful and cautious, he was carefree; where she was more of a rule follower, he was more of a rule breaker. But the funny thing was that she didn't mind in the slightest. When Bokuto first appeared on her lawn holding a volleyball, she was intrigued. They were complete opposites, yet they held one thing in common. Now, she wasn't sure what exactly had compelled Bokuto to make his way over to her, maybe it was his own curiosity, or maybe it was the fact that his mother was standing in the doorway of his house with a disapproving look on her face, one that said, "go make friends with the neighbour and make her feel welcome," but Tatsuko didn't care. She still remembers the first words he said to her. "You have big glasses. Wanna be friends?" And that was the beginning of an interesting friendship. Even after they befriend each other the pranks continue, but so do the arguments, which are both verbal and occasionally physical. When they start to catch feelings for each other things become more complicated, and their friendship changes, but for the worse or for the better? This is one of my first stories, I think I wrote it back in 2016 or something. I'm not really proud of it. It's really cringey, but I thought I should publish it. You might find this one on archive of our own (AO3). I published it there as well. It's about 7k words long.

This isn't a fic I will regularly update sorry about that, but once in a while I do like making some of these so whenever I do I'll happily publish them here!
