A winter getaway turns into a nightmare when Mario, Peach, Daisy, Luigi, and their friends rent a remote mountain cabin in Washington only to discover a mysterious videotape left behind by someone who never returned. After watching it, the phone rings. Seven days. As paranoia spreads, secrets unravel, and the snow traps them far from help, a waterlogged girl with her face hidden in darkness begins to appear on screens, in reflections, and in the dead of night.
