This short story isn't as amazing as the Mona Lisa or the Statue of Liberty but it did take awhile to write. I'm a sucker for romance but I decided to write something completely different. I know wattpad is more focused as a romance cite but I wanted to share a historical fiction with you all today. I won't say much but it is set in the Korean War period. Thank you for reading.

Standing, on one of the top floors, looking down at all the cars passing by. The distance between her and the bottom would be calculated by her mass, the height of the building, and gravity. Now once this is uncovered it would be multiplied to find exactly how long it would take this girl to reach the bottom. In this same time, imagine a man. Somewhere else, miles away. No connection to the two. This man has no connection to anyone, for he is six feet in a makeshift grave. Now his corpse would not have any gravitational potential energy, he's within the earth and his bones are almost to ashes. Energy, gravity, potential; three words the two of these people hated. The girl has had the energy drained from her. The man had been told he had no potential. Yet one thing tethered them both to their misery, gravity. When you put those three words together they form the type of energy that is dependent on gravity. Gravitational potential energy, one of the most complicated and frustrating forms of energy. What a great term to compare two people. Less likely to relate on anything.
