Like other cliché story about what if kaori survived the surgery,this story will go on the same direction.But as we know,her operation only prolonged her lifespan not cure the disease.But at least it'll give some time before the cure hopefully discovered.How Kousei will react that Kaori liked him and want to date him but knowing the fact that she probably will have short time to be with him?How will Tsubaki and Watari react to it?

I watched "Your Lie in April" I am not ashamed to admit... I CRIED at the ending T-T Even though I cannot removed the pain, of the moment you realized Kaori died, or the other sad events that would bring you to tears, I want to try to see what happens if Kaori did not really die, and how Kousei would feel knowing he could see her again. Kousei Arima meets Kaori Miyazono, will it work..? Or will he always be Friend A..?

Miyazono Kaori had just passed away. Arima Kousei trains not to be the wunderkind everyone knew, but now as an outstanding virtuoso. Watari Ryota is now enhancing his football skills outside Japan. However, things change for Sawabe Tsubaki. What could be Tsubaki's change? How did Kousei spend that "spring without you" thing? And... most important, why is this an "afterlife sonata"?

What if... Kaori survived her surgery? Kousei learned to love music again. Because it happened. Kaori, still in the hospital is now learning to walk correctly again. She is making great progress. Meanwhile... Kousei has learned to love piano again. All because of last spring. Its a new year, and Kousei has got back into his old routine. Learn a piece, practice the piece to call his own, and perform for the world to hear and enjoy. But now its to and for his enjoyment. He travels all over the world to perform. Soon, to his suprise, someone comes back to join him on his trip. "I met the girl under full-bloomed cherry blossoms, and my fate has just begun to change."

He could hear faint sounds of the violin and an echo of her insults. Then one calm night, the two encountered in his dreams, it was felt so real to him. But there's a twist, each time they met, Kousei woke up feeling sick and weak gradually death will come upon him. Will Kousei break his connection with Kaori? In this story, I'll be giving Kousei and Kaori their deserved happy ending, and go through the many journeys they'll go on in the future, also, lots and lots of fluff!
