Note: As Kousuke hasn't expressed attraction to men as of now within I Love Yoo, I've made the reader female. [I guess for a timeframe this is a year after the events of the webtoon? Yeon-Gi and Shin-Ae are in a relationship, and Kousuke has gone back to avoiding Meg and his mother at all costs]
