This story follows a different path than the original Demon Slayer (KNY). In this version, Akaza descends to Hell without Koyuki, allowing her to rest in Heaven as she deserves. Through a series of unfortunate events, Hakuji didn't ask for this. He didn't ask to be sent into a never-ending world where he didn't seem to have control over his actions? Going into story after stories of classic fairy tales and stuff, some things might just be twisted a little too much for his liking. Who was he without Koyuki? Who was he without his... Maybe there's an eventual end to this. Perhaps, they could build their own story within this one?
