That was all it could be. A meaningless sympathy he had for you. That was it. There was nothing more to it, a simplified crush was all it was. When he would look at you in class, that was all just him admiring your similarities to him. When he would follow you home, it would be only because he wanted to make sure his favourite person was safe. When he would steal your hairpins and pick out the hairs stuck in them, that was just so he could return them to you later on. But he never did. He never returned the hairpins. And you were the complete opposite to him, you two didn't have any similarities for him to admire. You lived in a safe neighbourhood, so there was no need to keep you safe. But yet he found himself NEEDING to keep the hairpins. NEEDING to watch you in class. NEEDING to follow you home. But it was all just a meaningless sympathy.. right?

Okay, so @OIKAWAS originally made this idea/plot, but I really liked it and (for the time being) they discontinued it, which was really sad to me because I feel like they got Kenma's personality down really well!
