Hiding in an abandoned factory, Minho reveals that Jisung was part of "The Discipline Program", an experimental reform initiative for teens with "high-risk behavior." But it wasn't a normal program- it involved behavioral conditioning, surveillance, and obedience training. E-17 had been one of the most difficult subjects-until he suddenly changed. E-17 aka Jisung watches the video on the memory card. In it, a younger version of himself sits in a white room, talking to the camera: "If you're watching this, they wiped your memory.
