I BEG YOU, DONT READ THIS. ITS OLD AND HORRIBLE. PLEASE- *sobs into pillow* Aru Shah's life is horrible. Everything is so boring and plain, and she's always covering up her sorrow to keep her mother happy. Until one day, her mother comes home with a marriage proposal. Aru is being forced to marry a guy she barely even knows, named Aiden Acharya. Aru has had enough and plans on running away, but slowly she starts to realize that she might actually be falling for him. ___ Aiden Acharya hates his life. He has a job he doesn't even want, and he covers up how sad and frustrated he is just to keep his single mother satisfied. But one day, Aiden's mother brings home a marriage proposal. Aiden Acharya is getting married to Aru Shah, a girl he barely even knows. Aiden can't deal with all this stress anymore, and with advice from a friend, he runs away, but is bought back home as his plan fails. And maybe, just maybe, he had started to finally like Aru Shah. "It's not hero....It's heroine!" Arundhati Shah is the grandaughter of Lord Indra, a prestigous noble. She is the second born in the family and has five sisters. She never knew her father.
