This was originally a comic on tumblr made by Toshio (Tosyoen) on shukumeinorivals. I don't own this story. I found the comic and decided to make a fanfic out of it. The name of the comic is called Revival Encounter, like this written adaption.

After he turned 10 the boy known as Izuku midoriya changed. The timid and shy boy was gone. in his place was a new Izuku Midoriya. A izuku Midoriya who will do anything to make his dream come true.
