Gage continues to be affected by the Other Side. Richman and company profit from the apocalypse that they kind of helped stop. Rocketman is trapped on the Other Side, not dead but really super close. Beggerman seems to be gone, but he might not be the only monster out there. Ridiculous, disgusting good fun. A sequel to "The Fall". Similar content so far as violence and profanity. The same themes of mental illness, drug abuse, and suicide are again brought up.
