Seikatsu Uchiha wasn't a normal Uchiha to begin with. He didn't possess the strong elemental affinity for Fire like every other Uchiha neither did he excel in Genjutsu even though he had Sharingan. He was a social outcast among the Uchiha and the Leaf for this peculiarity like how many of his ancestors were. But he had manifested a power which had remained dormant in his family from centuries. The story took place after Danzo's death and with the start of the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto Uzumaki (16) prepared for his new dangerous mission.
