The year was 1856. The Opium War just broke out between China, Britain and France - at least that was in the human world. The Chinese Vampires - who are allied with the Fangclaw Dukedom, are forced to live in coherence with the Spanish. This worries Queen Victoria greatly in London. A few nights later, Annabella Fangclaw, Roktu Adlet, and Serastios Iluminatia return from Adlet Island now that Luna's Festival had ended. All returned to normal until Annabella received her next mission: to go to Fenghuang Island and stop the Spanish Vampire Conquistadors from attaining the object they desperately need: The Wings of Malediction. With the help of Chinese Vampires, Meimei Xiongmao, and Shensheng Fenghuang, Annabella and her friends travel far to the East, where far dangerous creatures roam than those in Adlet Island...

Lien looked down in sadness then felt something drop on her cloak. She looked to find a peach laying there before picking it up then looked at him with a soft smile. "Do get some rest. Tai Lung will be coming for you." Said Oogway. Nodding Lien stood up putting on her mask covered her head before letting herself fall off the cliff.

While at the Jade Palace she meets Tai Lung- an ambitious and skillful snow leopard with the same dreams to learn Kung Fu. As they learn and grow together the friendship they've built up develops, but also they're ambitions. Tai Lung wants the dragon scroll, Bei just wants acceptance.
