Kunizai! Kunikida has feelings for Dazai, but he doesn't know how to manage them or what to do. Meanwhile, Yosano and Ranpo spy.

This is a story about Dazai finding Atsushi as a small cub, nurturing him, and helping him grow up. Everyone in this story is the same age as in canon, besides Atsushi, who is around seven years old. This story mainly focuses on Dazai and Atsushi, involving fluff and the occasional violence. I'm aiming for this to only be a short story as I try to dive deep into the Atsushi and Dazai's emotional bond. ⚠️THIS IS NOT A DAZAI X ATSUSHI SHIP!⚠️ 🇬🇷English isn't my first language, so forgive any mistakes.

Chuuya Nakahara married Osamu Dazai when he was 18. Bad idea. When Dazai leaves the port mafia, Chuuya has to take care of the kids all by himself. This story is a tale of Chuuya trying to be a great normal parent and still a fear-inducing Mafia executive.

Yuki Mori, daughter of Port Mafia's leader, gets transfered from working outside of Japan to being one of the executives. Eventually involves herself with Dazai as he's Mori's favourite and they fall in love. Shortly after, Dazai leaves the mafia without her knowing. Yuki finds herself lost but soon turns cold towards anyone. That is until, rumours start spreading Yuki died in an accident. Slowburn romance, Dazai Osamu x OC. On a second look, I can't help but notice the oddness of his hair-inky black with short bangs and two longer pieces with white tips framing his face-I've been told that my hair was weird in an uneven kind of way, but... it's simply... peculiar to say the least. Also not to mention his complexion-pale and ghoulish. That paired with his haircut made him look like some odd vampire. He started to look over the table-seemingly searching for something until his eyes met the jar of sugar cubes. As he began to lift the lid open, he started to put... Dazai Osamu is chosen to return to the Port Mafia, he knew it of course, there was no other contender for the slimy boss to choose. He accepts it, atleast he gets to see his Chibiko more often. The agency however are very surprised at seeing the more violent and calculating side of Dazai compared to the happy go lucky and lazy man they are used to knowing. Through many team ups tey figure out more and more about their previous co-worker.

So I've got a lot to say: This is a slowly progressing romance, Dazai x reader of course! Oops spoiler (๑>◡<๑) I'm not crazy about fast-pacing romances. They feel artificial, so I'm taking my time with this one which may be new to some of you. It's my first time writing a fanfic for this site, so tell me what you all think or something you'd like to see in upcoming parts! It gets a bit violent, so if your sensitive to that stuff be cautious! (Sorry the cover isn't too pretty, I tried (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) Also, I'm focusing more on the plot/ character development for the time being, so don't expect too much mushy stuff. (I don't paragraph space between quotes in fan fictions or else it would be waaaay too long because I tend to write a lot... so all you grammar nazis, just know I did this intentionally) I had a lot of fun writing it, so I hope you like it!
