Her mother, who is also named Serenity, died days after giving birth to her precious daughter. Her father was a rude man, and would abuse Serenity. He never gave a care when she had gotten injures. She was neglected and only had comfort in her four closest friends. He finally allowed her to go to high school. She goes by the name Usagi at school, to not be noticed. The maids go with her, and stay close to her. Endymion Chiba was the son of two rich parents. His mother unfortunately died in a car crash when he was ten. His father remarried to, what Endymion called her, an evil witch. His father was soon killed on his way home by an unknown murderer. The woman gave no attention to Endymion. When he began going to school, he had his friends call him Mamoru, and have them promise to never tell anyone about his real past.
