Shinichi is a detective bounty hunter and sometimes called a pirate but not. He sails the sea trying to catch an elusive phantom pirate that some even call KID for this one's actions.. shin finds this task amusing sense most pirates kill and pillage.. but this phantom thief dose not kill and only steal unique items like jewels.. he arrives and makes a show then disappears with out any surrounding damage.. Shin still has the normal hunt or two with normal pirates but likes looking for the phantom.. if only he knew the dangers of these murky waters.. for below there's a group or pirates that go by the unimaginative name Black pirates.. and a splinter group that actually has an imaginable name mystery large killers.. which actually was unimpressive so we prefer to say MLK for sort and BO for the other... they kill and pillage but leave only burned ports and villages behind.. their price is higher then the phantom thief but for a vary good reason.. more dangerous foe..
