Shoyo begin to study, learn how to play volleyball like his brother , and enter a lot of competition in both academic and athletic. His hard work paid off as he became well know in both academic and athletic , and was considered as number 1. But his parents still didn't acknowledge his hard work as worthwhile which crushed him but he got a motivation to work hard not for his parents, his brother , not everyone he worked hard for himself and to be the best . A few more years and Shoyo is now 15 , and was starting middle school but one thing was different he wasn't going to a normal middle school no he earned a scholarship in a prestigious school called ' shiratorizawa junior high ' in which he was giving a free dorm room and a allowance ever month just to get him to accept.
