After the destruction of the one ring, Sauron has lost the one thing that kept his spirit in the world of the living. The burning Eye, fell and crumbled into dust, earth and Mother Nature swallowed up its creations, the orcs, Uruks and Trolls never to be seen again. All is said and done, Middle Earth is free from Sauron's clutches and the dark lord is gone for good. Or at least, that's what they think. With one realm gone, Sauron's spirit still lingers. He waits for the time to resurface, and rightfully claim what belongs to him. It need not be middle earth, as long as he has a realm to rule.
Meanwhile in Eostia, a farmer was unfortunately caught between the battle of the infamous Black Dogs and the soldiers of southern region. He tried ushering his people to safety, away from the lust hungry men of the mercenary but was shot in the neck with an arrow. Bleeding and wavering between the line of life and death, his vision faltering and would soon find himself surrounded with nothing but darkness. And an unlikely ally.
