Hardworking and beautiful Satsuki Momoi attends the exclusive Seijuro High School by a scholarship she gets because of an incident. She finds her most of the shallow, privileged classmates unbearable, except the Seirin Gang, full of pretty cool people. The worst at school are the notorious GOM6 (G6, for short). They are famous around school for being rich and being the top basketball team in Japan. The Rich, handsome, and arrogant, Aomine Daiki, Kuroko Tetsuya, Murasakibara Atsushi, Midorima Shintaro, Kise Ryota, and Akashi Seijuro are the kings of the school and no one, not even the teachers, dare challenge them. No one, that is, except Satsuki and the Seirin Gang. Angry at the GOM6s' rudeness, Satsuki tells off the group, only to bring a world of trouble upon herself. She ends up having to become their basketball teams' coach?! Then the proud and conceited basketball player Aomine falls hard for pretty Satsuki, but she shares a connection with his fellow teammate, the quiet and invisible Kuroko Tetsuya. She befriends the other players, gorgeous model, Kise and the lucky man, Midorima. Although, it will take some time for Murasakibara, the world food critic, and Akashi, the son of the Seijuro Group, to open up to her though. Satsuki is determined to help everyone at her new school by defeating the GOM6 ..... but also helping the GOM6 succeed in the seasonal Basketball Cups and take her as a date at rich fancy balls ?!
