Which is weird considering how all of her family, from her deceased brother to her grandmother, is amazing at the sport. Another thing that's weird about her basketball suckiness is that whenever she get on the court and tries to play, she blacks out. Well, technically she doesn't know what happens since she can never remember a thing. However people always congratulate her and stuff so she would assume she achieved something but she can never remember so she may never know. After moving back to Japan from England and before that the United States, Chiyoko finds herself named 'The Seirin High Dragon' after she tried out for the team to try and hone her basketball skills. All of a sudden, The Generation Of Miracles each want to test 'The Seirin High Dragon' to see just how great she is.
