Arjuna's triumph as Brihannala never gets the attention it deserves. The fear stricken Uttar kumar here later transitions into a brave warrior who gives his life for the Pandavas at Kurkshetra. It is at Matsya, when the kauravas attack, that Uttar witnesses the might of Jishnu first hand. So terrible is Arjuna's wrath in battle that Uttar is dazed and astounded as he attempts to keep pace with the speed and force of Arjun's attack.
