The outbreak in Harran has caused catastrophic events. Kyle Crane, an undercover GRE agent, has be tasked in recovering a top priority file from a man named Kadir Suleiman. Many things stand in the way of completing his mission as Kyle is torn between making choices. This is a take on the original Dying Light story with a focus on the relationship between Crane & Jade along with some changes to the decisions he makes. The story will take a turn from the original as it progresses.

My name is Kyle Crane and I'm a student of Fujimi Academy, I've got transfer from America to Japan and live with my childhood friend Takashi and his family. It was during the first semester in 5th period were me and Takashi talking about his latest break up with Rei our other childhood friend when all of the sudden all hell broke loose in the academy. We met up with other students trying to survive this mess when more of "Them" showed up... This gotta be some fucked up dream and I really want to wake up right now.

Humanity may be long gone but their effects on the world are still here to this very day. One of them, something they created and eventually destroyed them, is still here. This is a dying light (the game) fanfiction. The reason I wrote it is simple, some things in the game irritated me. I wrote my own story without these things happening, and I hope you all enjoy! When the outbreak started, Luz was in Harran with her mother, who was later killed by the first wave of infected. She was later taken in by the runners, and adopted by Brecken. However, Kyle failed to get the cure and the tower was overrun, so her adopted mother Lena told her to run, and she ended up in the Boiling Isles. Follow her as she goes through life there, and tries to find a cure.

Kurama McKinney, the girlfriend of the Hero of Harran, Kyle Crane, has brought death and destruction to a new city after transforming into a monster that she struggled to hold within. After a brief encounter with a crazy former ex kickboxer/self-defence instructor, the young woman will embark on a journey to rediscover herself whilst protecting herself from both the Infected and survivors alike. How will her friends react to one of their best Runners who brought death and the virus to another city which now shares the same as Harran? How will her partner and boyfriend react to seeing her after going missing from the dam a few months previous?

After a fight that leaves Maria and Kyle Crane in an awkward situation, it also leaves Maria in a secret that she must hide from Kyle when she finds out that she is pregnant with his child. But before she is ready to tell Kyle about their child, Kyle and Maria are met with a man who speaks of people are immune to the virus even after being bitten. Lena sends Kyle and Maria together because they are the strongest and can really use the adventure together to work as one once again. When they follow the map that the stranger had on him, they find a new side of the infected and villagers who believe in someone called The Mother. But can she really be the real thing of being someone who can make the person immune to the virus or is some cliche thing? Will Maria be able to fix her relationship with Kyle and tell him about their child? Or will she have to hide the truth even more than before?

Kyle Crane, once the amazing hero of Harran and best runner of the Tower, has now turned into a sentient Volatile, much like The Mother. Crane begins to deal with these newfound problems, but unfortunately, cannot do it all by himself this time. At this point in his life, he needs help dealing with a monster that only has one motive: Kill.

Crane was doing a night run for antizin, He found the crates but accidentally set off a car alarm, he grabbed the antizin and fought the volatiles that came, however his weapon broke and he didn't have time to make a new one so he ran, he found a hole and that's where our story begins.
