Christopher Reed and Allison Miller are two childhood best friends who like to do things together. Since the day Chris and his family moved to Pennsylvania, he and Allie have gotten along so well and became best of friends. During the last semester of the school year, Chris grows weaker by the day and passes out in school. Unbeknownst to Allie, Chris has been fighting leukemia since age 7. With the school year almost over, Chris and his father decided to move back to Framlingham again, his father's hometown to continue his medication there. Chris has been lying to Alllie about his condition. When summer came, they spent their time together doing the things they love and nothing stopped them from having an adventure of a lifetime. However, it all changed as Chris' condition worsened and left Allie in confusion as she finally finds out the truth. Can they still get the chance to have a fun summer together or will it be their last?

She soon gets her chance when she winds up taking a test and getting into an I.M.C. training camp, where she gets her own titan. Only this titan has a glitch; it feels emotion. Reyna Morrison was a drifter. In 17 years, she has gone to and stayed in 17 different places. Being a new girl isn't new to her, at least, not anymore. Her divorced parents had been playing a tug of war with her as the rope for as long as she can remember, both sides trying to be as persuasive as possible. She was fine with it - okay, not so much 'fine' as 'dealing with it' - and tried to live as normally as possible with two overly rich parents both consumed with wanderlust. She instead began to live a life where her biggest problems were running out of coffee, running out of books to read, or going anywhere without her music. For her first few days in Greenborough, it probably was. Enter Kyrios Whittaker. Kyrios was an enigma to her; he'd never left his home in all his years, nor even thought of it. Coming from a stable family (with two non-fighting parents, two little sisters who adored him and whom he adored right back, and the ancestral home) he hoped to one day build his own brood of the same sort. Everybody who lived in town expected their golden boy to choose from one of the town's girls and settle down, maybe pop out a kid or two in their perfect, picket-fenced, two story house. Then again, fate has a habit of doing the least thing you'd expect. What happens when the straitlaced, goody two-shoes golden boy goes head to head against the hard-edged, rule breaking drifter girl? It was Kyna Lawrence’s last day of university when she had her first encounter with the SOIE, she didn’t know what the acronym stood for when she saw it for the first time, she was too busy being chloroformed to know what was happening. Kaira and Aaron are on the same class when the sophomore year started. They sat next to each other every class. Kaira is a smart and serious girl while Aaron is a happy-go-lucky person. With their personality differences, it was never expected that they will learn to be friends along the way but it will become a tough ride for both of them. They both develop feelings for each other but never admitted what they truly felt for each other. The longer they become friends, the more their feeling deepens. There was only a "you" and "me" between them but they never became an "us". But their story did not end there. It became a long journey and a promise has something to do with how fate twisted everything at sixteen. This is a love story that started from friendship and deepens into love.
