This is before atsushi entered the picture so ..there has been a new case given to dazai and kunikida on a new ability user who's rumored to be the most powerful amougst them all .. a user who's ability is still unknown is said to be seen in the orphanages using some sort of mind control on children and also after that person visits someone mysteriously dies . as planned dazai and kunikida check it out but instead of the most powerful user they come across a girl ... who reminds dazai of his past friend ..... what will this lead to ? a romance ? a hate ? disappeared relations ? new villians ? time for you to check it out ...

The members of the Armed Detective Agnecy are gifted, skilled, and incredible detectives who have saved the people of Yokohama and handled many a problem with gifteds gone astray. Needless to say, they are competent. The Port Mafia is the largest and most successful, undefeated underground Mafia, controlling the "night" of Yokohama. They are the formidible foes of the Agency. The Mafia decides to have a peace day between the agencies, sending their representative Akutagawa for....a go-kart race?! Enjoy this *very very badly written* story to find out how that went down... ^^
