They've all graduated from ouran and have focused on their future, tamaki jas worked in the academy, haruhi and kyoya dated have dated for four years and have been married for two years now and focused on family business working together as well as expecting their first child. The twins went along with different works, one as a fashion worker in their parents work, the other was helping his fiance in his families produce shop, while mori, honey and kasanoda worked traveling around dojos around the world. Everyone has been busy with their lives and work.

In ouran academy Haruhi had to choose out of the six men in the ouran host club and the only man she was in love with was kyoya, secretly kyoya and haruhi always had a hidden romance that nobody knew about, kyoya always promises to protect haruhi even if she doesn't have to hide she's a women while she works in the host club

Haruhi was jest a regular commoner at ouran middle, she didn't have many friends except for her close friend ari, she was quiet around school and didn't talk alot until she met kyoya ootori, they were new at meeting each other but things changed after they started dating all through the last year of middle school until haruhi had unexpected suprise as becoming a teen mom before highschool started after middle school ended, she joined ouran academy and her love with kyoya continued continued even if they still continued their relationship in secret to the host club until the club would find out everything

Mia is new to the ouran academy with her brother's, but they protect their little sister even if their twins they care more about her. Haruhi and kyoya have four kids their twin son's and two daughter's, Mia is at the age of dating but her brothers don't want her to be in relationships and focus on school but they let their sister be happy. Mia's life has ups and down as she tries to manage it while the old host club family returns with their kids having them all follow in there footsteps making a new ouran host club as mia has new love in her life.

Kyoya is the next boss of the ootori family business with his wife haruhi as the manager, after marriage kyoya's father passed down the family business to him now kyoya leads his families companies with new and old workers plus business connections with their old host club group members but their is a little competition inside the company's work when a new man is hired as a worker in their company who winds up with feelings for haruhi the manager of the business everyone in the business including haruhis club friends keep an eye on the man until the boss hears of everything

Haruhi didn't have to hide that she's female and kyoya doesn't need to hide his relationship with haruhi, they started dating during their second year of ouran and everyone accepts the relationship because they all get along well with no problems. They are happy for kyoya and haruhi, including tamaki who used to be head over heals for her, all he wants is his best friends to be happy.

Kyoya didn't know that the feelings he had for Haruhi were so strong... Who knew one of Haruhi's middle school friends could help him realize them... Kyoya doesn't know how he feels about haruhi, many people have feelings for her but he feels she's better off with tamiki after his love confession all of last year so he didnt know if he would stay only friends with haruhi or keep his feelings for her even though he doesn't realize she's only had feelings for him but she never admitted it. Tamaki still wants haruhi but he also wants his bestfriend to find love and be happy even if kyoya can't figure out what he wants
