This story is about kyoya and tamaki.

Tamaki has merely a month to marry someone or his father will send him to America in an arranged marriage; but when Tamaki's plan to marry falls apart a week before he has to leave, and Kyoya is hospitalised in an accident waiting to happen, the two may be separated forever just as roses wilt in the cold of winter.
