Hawkmoth had been defeated years ago, but, as a new Guardian, Mister Bug is still staying true to the "Our Identities Must Remain Secret" rule Master Fu had enforced on him and his partner back when they had just started out. And although she hasn't been successful before, an unexpected heart-to-heart talk and an accidental slip of a tongue might just help Lady Noire to finally change his mind about the damned rule. Well, every time the Ladybug miraculous AND the black cat miraculous have a holder at the same time, the magic makes them switch bodies out of the blue to see how they can handle each other's roles as heroes. Just a small detail that Plagg and Tikki forgot to mention. Along the way, they connect with each other deeper and find new things about themselves and the other. As if they didn't know already, they also find that being super hero is hard, especially when your life is completely different from your partner's. How will they be able to handle the stress of the other's life and role?

After working together, they find out that the three boys somehow got teleported into an alternate universe. How will Marinette be able to get 'the Big Three' as they're known, back to where they belong?
