Maia Mitchell is new to the busy city of New York. She comes to New York to try to make her dreams of becoming an actress come true. Maia makes friends with Grace and Jill and they eventually move in with each other in an apartment in the city. Maia gets a job in a small cafe and meets Luke Hemmings. Luke Hemmings is in a band that came from Australia to New York to also make their dreams of being famous come true as well. Grace Phipps has a huge crush on Ross Lynch but does Ross like her back or does he have something for someone else? All Ross wants is to be in a great relationship. Jill is quite silent but has a crush with Ross's brother Rocky lynch ever since they met up one day. Maia, Luke, Grace, Jill, and Ross will go through ups and downs together or separately. Their lives are going to be complicated but they are have separate dreams and if they want it they will fight for it. Together they are 5 people living in one busy city.

Ulonna fell into a vision. She saw many Jedi fighting, but only one of them caught her attention. It was the large laceration on his face that she remembered the most. He was also with a woman she knew. She looked very similar to herself. Ulonna watched the woman fall. The Jedi she was with, lost all control of his emotions as he picked up her lifeless body.
